2023: Top @editingluke Instagram Posts

In looking back at my most popular Instagram posts of 2023, I wanted to take into account both engagement and overall reach - particularly, because I already knew months ago what my most popular Instagram post of the year was going to be. 

Once again, personal pictures did well, the documentary content dominated my year, and yet, it seems perfectly on brand that a joke shot I took while travel shooting would take the year's top spot (by a landslide). These 10 posts represent not only my most liked images on Instagram in 2023, but the most widely shared / most viewed.

Monarch Documentary: Encore Screenings

The encore screenings of "Your Cinema Needs You" at the Monarch Theatre are ready to kick off this week on the 4th, 5th, and 6th in Medicine Hat, Alberta.

With all of the evening shows now 100% sold out, we've just added a 3PM MATINEE on Saturday, January 6th. These matinee tickets are the last tickets available for this debut run of the feature-length documentary in Medicine Hat before plans for the Canada-wide streaming release move forward. This is one last opportunity (if you don't have your tickets yet) to see the film about the Monarch Theatre in the Monarch Theatre!

Suffice it to say, my feed was pretty documentary heavy in 2023, but I still found time to release some major travel shoots throughout the year. It's once again quite a mixed bag of locations, which is a nice reminder of just how much this aspect of my career has grown over the decade.
