Waterton Lakes National Park
It's the epic location where I kicked off my Alberta road trip this summer. Waterton Lakes National Park in the southwestern corner of Alberta is a place you have to experience for yourself. From the historic Prince of Wales hotel, to hiking to the top of Bear's Hump, to drives out to Red Rock Canyon and Cameron Lake - Waterton is unbelievably beautiful. These were some of the final shots I took on my way out of the park.

Exploring Hussar, Alberta
Located a little over 50 km south of Drumheller, the town of Hussar is a pretty quiet community. I was drawn in by the grain elevator, but was ultimately more taken with the Something Special cafe (or perhaps the remains of). The cafe and a neighbouring garage both seemed to be in rough shape, but they certainly oozed character. I loved the old farm trucks too.
