Opened in late 2017, the 100 Street Funicular in Edmonton, Alberta is a pedestrian link between downtown and the North Saskatchewan River. Providing views of the valley and easy access to the waterfront, the 100 Street Funicular has become a popular new attraction.

Earlier this month I attended a concert of the Vienna Boys Choir at Carnegie Hall in New York City. Fitting perfectly into my Home Alone 2 inspired Christmas in New York, the experience provided a unique opportunity to enjoy classic Christmas carols in a truly iconic space.

Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City
Famously home to the Ed Sullivan Show, The Late Show with David Letterman, and now the Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City is a broadcasting landmark. It was here that both Elvis Presley and The Beatles made notable appearances early in their careers live on the Ed Sullivan Show.
On Christmas morning I received the Beatles Singles Collection, which immediately had me thinking about their debut performance at this iconic theatre.
