Sun & Surf in Morro Bay, California

A sunny beach is always a worthy stop. As we continued our road trip south along the Pacific Coast Highway, Mike and I made the most of our time in Morro Bay by heading to the beach. It was a pretty idyllic scene. With views of Morro Rock in the distance, a rusty VW bus full of surfboards on the sand, and a few ambitious surfers putting on a show, Morro Bay and the California coast continued to exceed expectations.
