Family Outing

Sometimes it's not even a matter of what we do, it's just the fact that our family manages to get together that makes it seem special.  For Father's Day we headed down to Police Point Park to shoot our annual family picture.  We were just ahead of the thunderstorm that was rolling in and managed to get a few images snapped just before the rain started.  The visit may have been brief, but as far as I was concerned, it was a nice day to be in the park.

Back at home Dad grilled up some steaks, we gave him our cards, and we played a few games before calling it an early night.  Like I said, sometimes it doesn't take much to make a good day.  I'm lucky to have the family I do.
